Data Transfer:
Data Transfer is a service now available to Tigo Prepaid Customers. This service allows customers to transfer their Data balance to any Tigo Prepaid customer.
Data Transfer Terms and Conditions:
- Data transfer is Only applicable to Tigo prepaid customers
- Data transfer is allowed to only Tigo to Tigo prepaid customers
- Only paid data packages can be transferred
- Customer can only transfer data from Packages in the Main portfolio, All segmented packages under Saizi Yako cannot be transferred from one customer to another
- Minimum transfer data units is 250MB
- The transferred data shall move with its original validity
- Data transfer is only two times a day (24Hrs)
- The transferred data units or part of the transferred data shall not be transferred to other Customers
- Customers can check balance of the received data through balance checker *102# or *103# or through *147*00#
- Transferred bundle shall not be rolled over.
