- Each purchase will have equal chance of winning. The more the purchase the more your chances of winning. That is for example, purchase of two devices will give you two chances in the draw.
- Purchases from Tigo shops or authorized resellers / partners will yield same chances. That is buying one device from Tigo shop gives you one (1) chance same as if the device were purchased from Tigo authorized reseller / partner.
- A subscriber can only win one category of prize only once during the duration of the promotion. That is a subscriber can win a motorbike prize or a TV only once.
- By participating in this Promotion, a subscriber gives Tigo the rights to publish Names of the winners and or photos, videos in selected newspapers and electronic media outlets for the duration of the promotion.
- The calling of randomly drawn winners shall be done by Tigo representative in the presence of the Gaming Board representative. The winning person must answer the call and shall be consulted on the customer information (name and identity number). If this person does not answer or if his/her phone is turned off, another drawing shall be made until there is a winner and the winner’s information is confirmed.
