About Lend Me Service:

Lend Me Service is a service offered by Tigo that allows customers to get Airtime or package loan when they run out of balance or with insuffcient balance. This service is available for Tigo Prepaid Customers who are eligilbe for loan services.

Eligible Customer:

  1. Tigo prepaid customer.
  2. Available on network at least 90days.
  3. Recharge of 2000Tsh per month for 3 months in a row.

  What is Lend Me Service?

  Who qualifies for the service?

1.  Loan Services are available to Segmented customers based on their Loan eligibility

2. Eligible Customers can access the Loan services through *147*00# and *148*00# na *149*49#

3. The Customer can use airtime Loan to buy normal bundles or On Demand at our normal OnDemand rates

4. The Customers can check their loan status, loan packages or airtime balance by dialing *147*00# and *148*00# na *149*49#

5. Loan service is available only for Eligible Tigo prepaid Customers
