Currently, thirteen Tigo Stores have touch screen machines installed so you can quickly and easily give feedback about the service your received. Just follow the simple on-screen instructions. You will be requested to give your phone number so a customer service agent can give call for more information if needed. Your feedback will be received by the Customer Care team who will take the necessary measures to improve the quality of the service.

You can also provide your feedback by using a dedicated number specifically for complaints or compliments related to our stores. SMS your complaint or compliment directly to 0713 123 706, an agent will call you back.
Store Assistant or Store Manager
Always feel free to lodge your complaint or compliment with store staff. If the shop assistant is not addressing your needs satisfactorily, please ask to see the store manager. They are there to assist you by any means necessary.
