Saizi Yako refers to the unique offers available to all our Tigo Prepaid Customers that are customized based on Customer’s age on network, usage and location. These offers are designed to suit every Customer’s needs and are offered at very affordable tariffs, thus creating value for money for all our Customers.

How to Access Saizi Yako:

A Customer needs to dial *147*00# or *148*00# then select Saizi Yako and choose the preferred Saizi Yako option.

 

Saizi Yako Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and Offer Availability:

  • All Tigo Prepaid Customers across the Country.
  • Customers should be registered on Tigo Network.
  • The Saizi yako offers are available to Customers since 28th MAY 2019
  • Saizi Yako offers for new Customers are available for a period of 90 days from the day of registration.
  • Saizi Yako offers are subject to change after every 30 Days. All SMS communications on Saizi Yako offers are indicated with the start date and end date.

  

Channels for subscription for Saizi Yako offers:

  • Customer must dial *147*00# → Choose SAIZI YAKO → Then select a preferred SAIZI YAKO option.

  

Payment options for Saizi Yako offers:

There are two main payment options for a Customer to choose when buying a Saizi Yako offers:

    • Main balance
    • Tigo Pesa.

These options are presented to the Customer at the point of making purchase.

  

Multiple subscriptions:

Multiple subscriptions of more than one pack a day by a Customer is allowed.

 

Buy for a friend:

Offer under Saizi Yako cannot be gifted to a friend, however through the same USSD Menu *147*00# a Customer can buy any other available package in the menu for a friend and can buy more than one pack for a friend in a day.

 

Bundle/Pack sharing:

A Customer cannot share the content of any purchased pack with a friend. To buy for a friend, a Customer needs to buy a new bundle for a friend from the regular Menu and choosing item 7 for Gift a Friend.

 

Pack Validity:

Every Saizi Yako offer has a specified validity and the content of the purchased pack can only be used within the specified time which is always indicated at the time of purchase.

 

Pack content carry over:

A Customer cannot carry over any remaining content of the purchased pack. Therefore, a Customer is advised to use the pack content within the predefined validity of the pack. This is always indicated at the time of purchase. 

 

How to check balance for Saizi Yako offers:

Dial *102*00# and a Customer will receive a detailed SMS with the pack balance. 

 

Use of Saizi Yako content for On net and Off net and Roaming:

The content provided on Saizi Yako packages is enabled for On net and Off net calls, browsing and or SMS in Tanzania only and cannot be used during roaming.

For International packs, the Customer can use the content for International calls and SMS if the pack offered has SMS content. A Customer can always know if the pack has Minutes and SMS during the time of purchase from our USSD Menu and other channels. 

 

Use of other services:

  • A Customer is not restricted to use or buy other services while subscribed to a Saizi Yako offers.
  • Any Customer who buys Saizi Yako offers will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of this service.
