Tigo is happy to announce the launch of its new Campaign dubbed UJANJA NI, a revolutionary portfolio of customer friendly products which offer more value than before.

The new portfolio is a first in the market and the smartest choice for all telecommunication customers in Tanzania as it comes with a simplified channel for purchase all the newly enriched products.

Ujanja ni is also unveiling a unified and simplified menu for all customers. With this launch, both *147*00# and *148*00# menus will offer the same product portfolio with the same simplicity.

To experience the service customers can simply dial *147*00# and select weekly or monthly packages on the simplified menu. The service is also available and accessible on all Tigo USSD, Tigo Pesa App, Tigo web Site and Call center contact number 100.


Why is UJANJA NI special?

  1. All voice packages offer absolute freedom to call any network at the same tariff eliminating the need to purchase on-net and x-net packages ultimately saving money.
  2. Customers can now buy any of the voice, data or combo packages and enjoy these benefits at affordable and competitive prices.

Yes, a subscriber will still have the option on paying by main balance or by Tigo Pesa
