Participation in this Campaign is free. No additional fee or charges will be incurred by customers to participate.
Purchase of any package/bundle (Data, Voice, SMS or Combo) of any validity (Day, Week or Month) will be considered as one free ticket to the raffle draw where a subscriber stands a chance of winning. This excludes the purchase of ILD, International, Roaming, Niwezeshe packages.
Multiple subscriptions will yield multiple entry tickets to the raffle draw and thus increasing the chances of winning. Terms and conditions and FUP (Fair Usage Policy) to apply.
Tigo reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of suspected abuse where non-compliant devices as specified by the regulating body TCRA are being used on the Tigo network.

The term provisional winner shall refer to the subscriber whose number has been randomly drawn as a winner pending verification and validation against terms and conditions put forth. The subscriber shall only become a winner and entitled to the prize after verification and validation against the terms and conditions set forth.
By participating in this Campaign, a subscriber gives Tigo/Zantel the rights to publish Names of the winners and or photos, videos in selected newspapers and electronic media outlets for the duration of the Campaign.
The calling of randomly drawn winners shall be done by Tigo/Zantel representative in the presence of the Gaming Board representative. The winning person must answer the call and shall be requested to provide identification information (name and identity number). If the called provisional winner does not answer or their mobile phone is turned off, another drawing shall be made until there is a winner and the winner’s information is confirmed.
All Winner will be required to present Identification for validation at the time of prize handover. Acceptable forms of identification will include Voters ID, National ID (NIDA), Zanzibar National ID, Driving License or Passport.
The participants recognize that participation in this campaign does not cause any property damage, therefore, waive any claims that may be raised against MIC Tanzania Ltd, either by subscribing to the services listed above or by transfer of related rights.
Being part of this campaign implies the knowledge and acceptance of all the rules set forth in the terms and conditions of the CHAWOTE promotion. Every Participant implies consenting each one of the requirements described in these terms and conditions, as well as the decisions adopted by Tigo/Zantel on issues that were or were not anticipated for the same, as a condition of his/her participation.
